Industrial Touchscreen & HMI Services
We focus on machine touchscreens (HMIs): repair, backup, reprogramming, and reverse-engineering. We handle controller programs where they're tied to a touchscreen we're working on. Software only; your electrician handles the wiring.
Backup & Protection
Most machine screens and controllers in FNQ have never been backed up. The program inside is the only copy. When that hardware fails, everything is lost.
We extract and back up your touchscreen and controller programs together in a single site visit — project files, settings, communication config, the lot. When hardware eventually fails, recovery becomes a straightforward swap instead of weeks of rebuilding from scratch.
- Combined screen and controller backup in one visit
- Full project file extraction from running equipment
- System documentation — register maps, screen layouts, communication settings
- Ongoing support retainers for critical equipment
Screen Programming & Replacement
Custom screen design, new builds, modifications, and replacing dead or obsolete panels with modern ones. We work with Touchwin, Kinco, Weintek, Delta, and more — including the brands that most local companies won't touch.
- Custom touchscreen design and development
- Replacing failed panels with modern equivalents
- Migrating old screens to new platforms (e.g. Touchwin to Weintek)
- Screen modifications and feature additions
- Multi-language interface development
- Alarm, recipe, and trend logging configuration
Touchwin (TH/THA series), Kinco (MT/GL series), Weintek (MT8000/cMT), Delta (DOP series), Wecon, Coolmay, Unitronics
Also supported:Siemens SMART Line, Schneider/Pro-face, Mitsubishi GOT, Omron
System Recovery & Reverse Engineering
When backups don't exist and the hardware has already failed, we do the hard work of recovery. This is the expensive path — the one you avoid by backing up while your equipment is still running.
- Program recovery from failed or locked hardware
- Communication mapping from undocumented systems
- Rebuilding screen projects when originals are lost
- Controller program recovery and documentation
- Full system assessment and documentation
Common situations: original installer gone, equipment running for years with no backups, locked controllers with unknown code, undocumented communication settings.
Equipment Communication
Getting your machines talking to each other — setting up and troubleshooting the communication between screens, controllers, drives, and sensors. Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, RS485, Ethernet/IP.
Monitoring & Remote Access
Remote monitoring, trend logging, and data export. Check on your equipment from your phone and keep records for compliance and production tracking.
- Modbus communication setup and troubleshooting
- Remote monitoring and alerting configuration
- Data logging and trend recording
- Multi-device network configuration
Controller Support (when it's part of a touchscreen job)
We handle controller programs where they're tied to a machine touchscreen we're working on: backups, register mapping, comms setup between the HMI and the PLC. We don't take on standalone PLC builds or new automation implementations.
- Controller backup taken alongside the HMI backup, in one visit
- Register mapping so the touchscreen and controller stay in sync
- Program recovery from running controllers when the source is lost
- Comms troubleshooting between controller, screen, and drives
Delta DVP, Kinco K series, Fatek FBs / FBe, Mitsubishi FX3U / FX5U, Siemens S7-1200, Wecon, Coolmay
Industrial Network & Comms Recovery
The plant-floor IT side of what we do. We plug a laptop into the panel, decode the comms, and get your PLC and industrial touchscreen (HMI) talking again. Modbus, Ethernet/IP, RS485 — the protocols your office IT shop won't touch.
- HMI won't talk to the PLC — settings, baud rate, address mismatch
- Modbus and Ethernet/IP troubleshooting on running lines
- Plant-floor network setup, managed switches, IT/OT segregation
- Industrial PC, panel PC and thin client recovery
- Reverse engineering undocumented comms between devices
